A trade with Bluewater Logitrade proceeds only on a signed contract or an accepted proforma invoice, which sets out the grade, quantity, price, Incoterm, delivery window and payment terms. Where those documents and this website disagree, the documents govern.
Product Information and Grades
Specifications, grades, origins and packing described here are indicative and reflect what we typically handle. The binding specification for any shipment is the one written into the contract for that shipment.
Photographs are illustrative of the commodity, not of a particular lot.
Quotations
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices move with the market, with freight and with availability at origin, and a quotation is subject to the goods being unsold and to final confirmation at the point of order.
Compliance and Sanctions
We trade only where a trade is lawful. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for holding the licences, permits and registrations their own jurisdiction requires, and for the accuracy of end-use and end-user information they give us.
We decline business that would breach export controls or applicable sanctions, and we may ask for documentation before an order proceeds.
